1/2 avocado
2 stalks of celery
1/4 cup of red onions
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 brown rice tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drain the can of tuna and pour it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Scoop out half of an avocado and mix it in with the tuna.
  3. Finely chop the celery and red onion and add to the bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the mixture to the brown rice tortilla wraps and roll.
