1 Cup of Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

  1. Start by pouring the almond milk into the blender to avoid the ingredients sticking at the bottom of the blender.
