112 g of brown rice pasta
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halves
1/2 cup of pesto

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F°/200C°.
- Bake the chicken breast for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring 6 cups of water in a pot to boil.
- Once the water is boiling add in the pasta.
- Once the pasta is done, strain it and transfer it to a large bowl.
- Add the pesto sauce and the cherry tomato halves.
- Once the chicken is done, either shred it with a fork or diced it
and add it to the pasta. - Serve with fresh basil if desired.
