Chicken Cobb Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

(2 Servings)
4 cups of spinach
8 oz of chicken breast
2 hard boiled eggs
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 avocado
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F°/200C°.
  2. Bake the chicken breast in the oven for 25 minutes or until done.
  3. Place a pan on medium heat and add the bacon.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
  5. Once the chicken and bacon are done, diced them and add them to the bowl.
  6. Lastly drizzle the olive oil on top and add the sea salt and pepper if desired.
