2 hard boiled eggs
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 avocado
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F°/200C°.
- Bake the chicken breast in the oven for 25 minutes or until done.
- Place a pan on medium heat and add the bacon.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
- Once the chicken and bacon are done, diced them and add them to the bowl.
- Lastly drizzle the olive oil on top and add the sea salt and pepper if desired.
