1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F°/175C°.
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor except for the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips to the batter.
- Scoop the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- There should be 8 cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool for another 10 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
