About Us

Who are we?

Corporate office planktons by day, geeks and fitness enthusiasts by night. During the COVID lockdowns both of us became certified nutrition consultants in our spare time.
We believe that healthy living should be enjoyable and sustainable, so we are continuously searching for practical tips and strategies to help to achieve our goals.
 
Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, boost your mental wellbeing, or simply live a more balanced and fulfilling life, we’re here to help.

Certification

We both have certification in nutrition and clean eating.

Christina is also a certified Pilates instructor specialized in mobility, scar treatment and myofascial trigger points.

Tommy is currently learning to be an EFAA and NASM certified Personal Trainer who loves bodyweight and HIIT exercises.
